The team behind Music in Schools (York) have been coordinating music lessons to children who attend school in the City of York and across the North Yorkshire Region since 1994. There are many benefits and advantages in learning a musical instrument, including heightened intelligence, achievement and friendship. Taking up an instrument is a challenge, but one that is very rewarding.
